I had forgotten about it, but I did something similar in the early days of the pandemic. Honestly, I've done it so much at this point I have felt like I wouldn't need a routine -- I can just feel my way through it as long as I stay motivated and remember to eat (and my body only lets me forget when I'm in a hypo-mania, which is actually right now). I'm pretty good at intuiting when I'm starting to spend too much time gaming or watching TV.
It's the meso-level structure that's really lacking for me right now. I need a clear decision about what direction to prioritize, or barring that I need to develop a business plan that helps me make these decisions automatically. Were you one of the folks who suggested I needed an board of advisors and/or investors as I start developing my business? So much of the time, I just want other people to be bought in and remind me what I'm doing, you know?
A shoulder rub and mirroring would be helpful, though the schedule is a challenge this week. I'm also in a much better headspace than I was the day I posted this. <3
