Love Skills: Stretch Dates

Between hypermobility, isolation at home/crappy desk jobs, and general aging, most of the people in my life need a good stretch as often as we can get one. Today a dear friend and ex came over for a visit. After a nice lunch and some couch time, I suggested switching to the "office", where I keep a giant yoga ball. We both ended up stretching for a good half hour or more as we talked about relatively heavy stuff. We both enjoyed it and agreed that we need more stretch dates/hangouts in our lives.
